Liam Ristow founded Clearview Evaluation in 2025. With two decades of research experience spanning education, housing, and community development, Liam has relevant expertise across systems and sectors. He is a dedicated learning partner to mission-driven organizaitons, and specializes in building and executing learning agendas that generate actionable evidence to inform policy, strengthen programs, and guide strategic decision-making. Liam has worked with a diverse range of partners, from federal agencies like the U.S. Departments of Education and Housing and Urban Development to local governments and leading philanthropic foundations.

A skilled researcher, Liam is an expert in designing and implementing rigorous, mixed-method evaluations tailored to stakeholder needs, from quasi-experimental impact studies to in-depth qualitative research. His technical skills include directing advanced statistical analyses, managing complex data, and designing robust measurement frameworks. Additionally, Liam has proven project management expertise, guiding project budgets, timelines, and staffing to produce high-quality, policy-relevant deliverables.
